Most MMORPG like OSRS have paid membership and free to play status for that particular game. Other games have only paid membership and games that are only free to play. But today we are going to talk about, How the membership status works in OSRS? With OSRS Bonds.
We are going to analyze everything that you need to know about Membership OSRS Bonds. From explaining how to use it, to How much membership cost?
What is an OSRS Bond?
OSRS bond is an in-game item that allows you to pay for membership in Old School RuneScape and RuneScape 3. OSRS bonds can’t be dropped, you can’t destroy them, sell them in shops or change them into other items. OSRS bonds can be bought from Jagex with real money or you can buy them from Grand Exchange using gold.
They are always kept on death which means that you can’t lose OSRS bonds when you die from some boss or pikers even if you are in the Wilderness. Every player has a limited number of OSRS bonds that they can hold in their bond pouch, so you can store up to 20 bonds in one account.
OSRS bonds can be traded to other players and sold on the Grand Exchange however when the transaction is complete, it will become untradeable. Also, you can buy only one OSRS bond in Grand Exchange per slot.
OSRS Bonds can be traded to ironmen by using it on them, so long as they are in tradeable form. If a bond becomes untradeable, you can make it tradeable again but the owner must pay a fee of 10% of the bond’s Grand Exchange value.
Membership Bond Price and Days – to buy osrs bonds
Membership works for some time before expiration, for example, 1 OSRS bond lasts 14 days and after that, you have to buy new. Some players that have enough gp can buy two or more OSRS bonds to extend the day of membership when they need it. You have two ways to buy membership bonds with real money or by using gold in OSRS and buy membership bonds from the Grand Exchange.
In my opinion, don’t buy OSRS bonds with real money, just go to GE and buy a bond with gold. If you don’t have enough osrs 07 or rs3 gold in your account, look for money making guide in Crazy.gold and do some quest.
If you don’t want to do that you can buy osrs 07 gold and rs3 gold from Crazy.gold and go to Grade Exchange to buy a Membership bond. Here I’m showing you the OSRS bond price in gold:
- The standard for 14 days, 1 Bond required 281,896 GP
