How can you change the Text effects?
It is possible to easily change the color and use a number of animation effects by implementing specific codes. It is important to remember that you should always use a colon between the chosen effects and the text otherwise this trick won’t work. Also, make sure that you do not use any space between the effect and the colon. The combined code can be of the following format – color:animation:text
The codes that can be applied for changing text effects
There are many mono-color codes available like purple, red, green, white, and cyan. For multi-color effect, you can make use of flash1 which makes the text flash rapidly between yellow and red whereas flash2 between blue and cyan and flash3 between pale green and dark green.
Coming to the animation codes, with osrs chat effects, you can apply waves to make the text seem like it is moving from the left by a wave whereas wave2 displays the same effect but horizontally. You can also apply the scroll for making the text move from the right side of the screen to the left.
